In general, a Flash Mob is a loosely associated group of people that come together for the express purpose of taking part in a brief and often whimsical event.

정치적, 종교적, 기타 등등의 이익단체등의 목적을 배제하고, 자유라는 범위내에서 이루어지는 것이라면 괜찮을듯.
