This is adapted in part from \u201cBusiness Communications: A Cultural and Strategic Approach\u201d by Michael J. Rouse and Sandra Rouse.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Presentation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Does your introduction grab participant\u2019s attention and explain your objectives?<\/li>\n<li>Do you follow this by clearly defining the points of the presentation?<\/li>\n<li>Are these main points in logical sequence?<\/li>\n<li>Do these flow well?<\/li>\n<li>Do the main points need support from visual aids?<\/li>\n<li>Does your closing summarize the presentation clearly and concisely?<\/li>\n<li>Is the conclusion strong?<\/li>\n<li>Have your tied the conclusion to the introduction?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Delivery:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you knowledgeable about the topic covered in your presentation?<\/li>\n<li>Do you have your notes in order?<\/li>\n<li>Where and how will you present (indoors, outdoors, standing, sitting, etc.)?<\/li>\n<li>Have you visited the presentation site?<\/li>\n<li>Have you checked your visual aids to ensure they are working and you know how to use them?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Appearance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure you are dressed and groomed appropriately and in keeping with the audience\u2019s expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Practice your speech standing (or sitting, if applicable), paying close attention to your body language, even your posture, both of which will be assessed by the audience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Visual Aids:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are the visual aids easy to read and easy to understand?<\/li>\n<li>Are they tied into the points you are trying to communicate?<\/li>\n<li>Can they be easily seen from all areas of the room?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\uc5b4\ub514\uc11c \uac00\uc838\uc654\ub294\uc9c0 \uc78a\uc5b4\ubc84\ub838\ub2e4.
